The Campus Police are available on-campus 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Campus Police can be contacted for: suspicious persons; unsafe conditions; personal safety concerns; prior criminal incidents on campus (thefts, assault, mischief); break & enters on campus; property damage; insecure premises; noise complaints; possession of drugs; non-life threatening violations of federal, provincial laws, municipal by-laws and university policies.

The Community Safety Office provides support, advice, and information about intervention options for individuals who have had their personal safety compromised. They will assist in the development of a safety plan, and provide referrals to appropriate resources on/off campus.

Offers a reliable, safe alternative to walking alone on campus at night by providing escorts to walk you from one campus building to another or from one campus building to the nearest TTC stop.

Workalone Program 416-978-2323

The Working Alone Service is available to all members of the community who work on the campus during the quiet hours of the evening, weekends and statutory holidays. University Police will visit or telephone you during the period you requested.

Program is for all UofT students. You can register by bringing your timetable and a valid UofT card. Program runs all year and is located in New College, Wetmore Hall, Rm. 50 in the basement, St. George Campus. Hours of Operation: Fridays from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
